1. Not shuffle or repeat correctly

The player on my AGPTec A06 will not shuffle or repeat correctly.
I have accessed the "repeat on/off" and the "repeat interval" controls several times trying to fix this.
The player will repeat a song while in "repeat off" mode.
Also, in shuffle mode, it will preferentially play the same song or album in short succession although others are available.
